Dear Friend,

This is your personal invitation to be our guest in our Welcome Home Group.

Being a parent to a child is challenging, heartbreaking and rewarding all at the same time. From time to time we need and give support, understanding and encouragement. Please consider this your personal invitation to join our group of Adults with Children.

We talk about kids, but we also talk about our lives as parents, including the joys and struggles we encounter. Please come and be a part of our group. Walk into our church and ask for Joe Gillardi (our leader). Really...it's that simple!

We invite you and your children to join us on Sunday morning at 9:30 a.m. for a continental breakfast. At 9:50 a.m., we will help you find age appropriate classes for your children. You will never have to wander around an unfamiliar church. Care is put into your child's class similar to that going into our parent group. We try to treat others the way we would like to be treated. At 10:00 a.m. we begin our parent time, discussing topics that are relevant to our lives today. This is an open discussion format where you are free to participate, if you so choose. Whatever makes you comfortable.

Here are a few reasons why we would like you to be our guest: Perhaps you are looking for a church. Come find a church that feels like home, where we gather together and have fun. You may have tried church as a child or have never been to church...that's okay. We try to take this into consideration. Everyone is invited. Some come from Rolla and others have just moved into our community. SABC has a place for you!

We realize there is no perfect church, because it is made up of imperfect people. Let's just say we are making an honest effort to positively impact our part of the world. It doesn't matter if you have never opened a Bible or are a Bible genius; we want you to come.

There is no dress code at Salem Avenue Baptist Church. We invite you to come dressed comfortably.
